The first Watsonville Film Festival took place in 2012. The goal of the Watsonville Film Festival is to share films that inspire, educate and focus on issues relevant to the local community and to empower local youth using video & film as a way to transform the world.

Get involved

There are several ways to become involved with the festival.

1 Submit your film. Filmmakers, submissions for our 2014 edition will open again in late spring/early summer. For updates, you can check in with our website, sign up for our newsletter or like our Facebook page.

 

2 Become a sponsor. If you are interested in donating time, services and/or resources toward the Festival on behalf of an organization, company, or group, please contact us.

 

3 Volunteer. We need individual volunteers!  If you’d like to help set up on the days of the festival, or help us publicize the festival in exchange for free admission, please sign up here.
